On the afternoon of December 17, 2024, JMC held a Grand Brand Day event at the Al Jabr family estate in Dammam, in collaboration with its Saudi partner, Al Jabr Trading. The event aimed to thank the numerous customers for their support of the JMC brand and to showcase JMC's achievements in the Saudi market. More than 140 major clients and over 10 well-known automotive social media influencers from Saudi Arabia were invited to witness this grand event for the JMC brand.
The year 2024 marks a breakthrough year for JMC in the Saudi market, with significant growth in sales volume and an increasing brand influence. From January to October, pickup truck sales surged by 133.95% year-on-year, achieving a market share of 4.20% and ranking among the top five in the industry. In July, JMC became the only Chinese automotive brand to collaborate with Saudi Aramco, the largest oil producer in Saudi Arabia. Over the past two years of partnership with Al Jabr, JMC has achieved remarkable results, exporting a total of 8,194 complete vehicles. To celebrate these achievements and express their strong recognition and support for the JMC brand, all senior executives of the Al Jabr family attended the Brand Day event. Sun Xiaoqian, General Manager of the JMC Import and Export Company, Li Chuang, Executive Deputy General Manager of JMC Automotive Sales Company, and the Saudi export team were also present at the event.
Abdulsalam, the Vice Chairman of Al Jabr, and Sun Xiaoqian, the General Manager of JMC Import and Export Company, delivered enthusiastic speeches to kick off the event. They reflected on the cooperation journey between JMC and Al Jabr and looked forward to the future development prospects of JMC in the Saudi market, expressing sincere gratitude to customers and partners for their long-standing support.
The event proceeded to the award ceremony. Abdulsalam, the Vice Chairman of Al Jabr, and Sun Xiaoqian, the General Manager of JMC Import and Export Company, jointly presented trophies and gifts to outstanding individuals and teams from Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah, recognizing their exceptional performance in sales, market expansion, and customer service. The awards included Best Regional Manager, Best Wholesaler, Best Retailer, and Excellent Partner. These awards not only acknowledged past achievements but also served to inspire the awarded partners to join hands with JMC in creating a successful future.
Afterward, the guests in attendance toured the exhibition of JMC's full range of available models. JMC has been deeply involved in the light commercial vehicle sector for many years, and its diverse lineup reflects the brand's strong product capabilities in adapting to various usage scenarios. The new Baodian pickup series offers single cab, double cab, and various modified models, providing flexible solutions for both commercial and personal transportation. The Dadao pickup series includes commercial, passenger, off-road models, and recreational vehicles, demonstrating outstanding performance in meeting diverse travel needs. In addition, the Jingma 26-seat bus further enhances JMC's strength in the urban mobility sector.
Experiencing JMC's innovative products firsthand further boosted the confidence of the attending guests in the JMC brand. Several guests on-site signed new orders, which not only expanded the scale of cooperation but also reflected the high recognition and trust the market has in the JMC brand.
