On September 7th, the renowned Maroñas Hippodrome in Uruguay hosted its traditional event. As the official partner of the event, JMCG's local partner Santa Rosa, showcased four Grand Avenue pickups at the arena. The pickups attracted attention for their outstanding product strengths.

Year 2025 is the 20th anniversary of JMCG’s presence in the Uruguayan market. Up to August, the accumulative sales of 628 units in Uruguay surged by 216% year-on-year. More notably, for the first seven months of 2025, JMCG captured over 50% of the market share in light truck segment, while its pickups achieved the market share of 16.8%, both leading in Uruguayan market. JMCG’s excellent performance in Uruguay is sourced from its comprehensive product strength, but also based on its long-term sustained marketing in local market.
